Job Title Officer - Security Job Description Summary Job Description 1.4 Key Relationships   Internal: Operations, Engineering, Housekeeping. External: Client, Security Agency, Emergency Services.   1.5 Job Purpose   To ensure a safe, secure and compliant environment within the IT Park through effective security operations, access control, surveillance, emergency response and stakeholder coordination.   1.6 Accountabilities   • Security Operations: Ensure 24x7 security coverage, access control, visitor management, CCTV surveillance and patrolling.   • Emergency Response: Coordinate evacuation, fire drills, incident handling and crisis management.   • Compliance & Safety: Ensure statutory compliance, security audits and adherence to SOPs.   • Vendor & Team Management: Manage manpower deployment, training, grooming, attendance and performance reviews.   • Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS, incident reports and security dashboards.   1.7 Background & Experience        INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
