Data Insights Associate Position Overview The Data Insights Associate is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work with business leaders, gain exposure to multiple areas of the organization, and contribute directly to data-driven decision-making.

Reporting & Analytics Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI. Analyze operational, financial, sales, and business data to identify trends and actionable insights. Deliver accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners. Support ad hoc reporting requests and business analysis initiatives. Monitor and validate data quality across reporting sources. Data Analysis & Business Support Interpret data and provide recommendations that support business objectives. Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements. Perform root cause analysis to investigate reporting discrepancies and data-related issues. Gather, document, and clarify business requirements for new reporting solutions. Technical Development Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytical needs. Support the development and optimization of reporting datasets. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Assist with testing and validating reporting enhancements prior to deployment. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Provide support and guidance to end users regarding reports and dashboards. Participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline. 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI. Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional proficiency in English. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot. Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts. Experience working in Agile environments. Exposure to financial services, insurance, lending, or equipment finance industries. Experience gathering business requirements and documenting user stories. Experience supporting executive and operational reporting.
