We are looking for an experienced HPC & AI Application Performance Engineer to join our distributed team and help customers maximise the performance, scalability, and impact of their HPC and AI environments.

As an HPC & AI Application Performance Engineer, you will: Provide advanced technical expertise and support to major HPE HPC and AI customer environments across EMEA and LATAM. Work both on-site with UK customers and remotely with organisations across the wider region. Analyse customer applications and workloads to identify opportunities for performance improvement, optimisation, and scalability. Investigate complex software and infrastructure issues, acting as a trusted technical link between customer support teams and HPE R&D. Support strategic business opportunities by providing technical expertise for large-scale HPC and AI bids and tenders. Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and presentations for customers and colleagues. Share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas across the team and wider HPC and AI community. Contribute to the development of tools, methodologies, and research initiatives that improve customer productivity and service delivery.

We're seeking an individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers succeed. Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. UK citizenship with the ability to obtain required security clearances for specific UK customer environments. Strong understanding of HPC and AI architectures, software environments, and performance analysis techniques.
