The Director Services Quote to Cash AMS Operations, Global Experience and Sovereignty is in charge of: AMS Services Quote 2 Cash Operations · E2E Services Q2C execution across AMS (Channels & Direct), ensuring SLA delivery, high-quality output and improved experience · Stakeholder (SCLV Business and Sales Leader, Channel Sales Leader) and External Partner and Customer management · Performance, Financial & Growth Accountability Owns KPIs (e.g., cycle time, quality, renewal/attachment performance), budget, and delivery outcomes ; leverage business insights and installed base data to support AMS growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement ·Simplification, AI Adoption and Automation Drives process simplification, standardisation, and digitisation at scale , accelerating automation and AI adoption to reduce manual work, improve cycle times, and increase productivity · Stakeholder Management, Partner and Customer Engagement · Ensure Compliance and Legal requirements are met Global Services Q2C Experience Improvement · Accountable to drive experience survey results improvements · Define and lead the global Services Q2C experience strategy across Sellers, Partners, and Customers, ensuring alignment with HPE’s business priorities and growth objectives. · Assess feedback from VOS, TPOE and Customer survey . Ensure continued follow-up with Partners, Sellers and Stakeholder interviews · Owns the Renewal Journey Framework and ensures Improvement initiatives are defined and monitored across Operations and related entities · Reviews escalations across all GEO’s, ensures RCA are performed and preventive actions are defined and implemented Defines Kaizen, GB/BB initiatives to improve Experience results Federal & Sovereignty Strategy   · Own Global E2E Services Q2C strategy for Federal, Public Sector, and Sovereign Cloud environments · Define and implement Simplification and AI Strategy for these accounts aligned with regulatory compliance, data residency, and geo-specific operating models · Optimize location strategy pivot (onshore/nearshore) aligned to risk and customer mandates   This role leads a large team of > 170 employees including managers of managers and > 20 Contractors. The team is mainly located in Chennai, Bangalore, Costa Rica, and the US. This role is reporting into the VP SQ2C Operations.

Directs a team of high-level individual contributors and managers across multiple job families within the sales operations function that typically support operational or strategic activities (see examples under MG1). Balances spend across multiple budgets within department. Responsible for talent management and succession planning; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes. Develops overall sales operations policies and goals in consultation with senior management. Recognizes conflicting priorities and proposes solutions to senior management.
