About the Team
The Growth Support Team is a specialized internal readiness unit that enables the Chief Accounting Office (CAO) to scale seamlessly by providing expert coverage for critical system testing, extended leaves of absence, and peak volume periods, ensuring operational continuity while retaining institutional knowledge for long-term growth and process optimization. It operates as a global team with members in Costa Rica and India who collaborate closely across regions and time zones to support CAO priorities worldwide. The team supports multiple functional areas within CAO, such as Revenue Accounting and Variable Compensation; Corporate, Technical, and International Accounting; SOX and Internal Controls; and Finance Operations and Shared Services (which can include AR, AP, Procurement & Sourcing, Expenses and Corporate Card, Payroll, and Stock Administration).
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Growth Support Team in Pune, India. In this role, you will execute day-to-day activities within one or more assigned functional areas while helping the Chief Accounting Office scale effectively through critical initiatives, transformation programs, and high-volume periods. You will deliver immediate value by quickly ramping on new processes, maintaining high-quality execution, and contributing to process documentation and optimization. You will work closely with functional area leaders and SMEs to support critical workflows, testing efforts, and operational readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Execution Perform day-to-day activities in line with internal controls, compliance requirements, and functional team standard operating procedures. Support key operational cycles such as period-close, high-volume processing (e.g., quarter-end, year-end, compensation cycles), and coverage for planned or unplanned absences. Assist with system-related activities within assigned processes (e.g., validating changes, supporting testing efforts, and transitioning work into business-as-usual). Ramp quickly on new assignments, systems, and workflows, adjusting daily tasks and priorities to respond to changing business needs. Provide proactive status updates on workload, progress against deliverables, and emerging risks or issues. Collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations. Process Stewardship & Optimization Own and maintain process documentation for assigned activities, including creating or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or improve processes and raise recommendations to functional leaders and the Growth Support Team.
