About this role

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Tax Operations Associate to supports the firm's wealth management gain and loss reporting, to ensure compliance with IRS regulations. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position at the P2 level within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products. What you'll do in the role: - Process transactions/tasks within coverage area - Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures - Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues - Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas - Research and update transactions on the assigned data quality daily control reports. - Develop knowledge of tools, firm systems, and software. - Contribute to projects within team related to 1099 preparation.
