The impact you’ll make
As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for transforming demand and build plans into executable production schedules that drive operational performance across our global manufacturing network. You will partner with cross-functional teams to balance supply, capacity, and customer requirements while ensuring schedule stability and execution excellence. By leveraging analytical insights and proactive risk management, you will enable informed decision-making and support the scalability of our global supply chain. Your work will have a direct impact on delivery performance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. What you’ll do
Create and maintain global production schedules that balance customer demand, inventory, capacity, and business priorities. Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure production plans can be executed successfully and customer commitments are met. Monitor schedule performance, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions to keep operations running smoothly. Lead communication of schedule and configuration changes, ensuring transparency and alignment across regions and functions. Ensure planning data remains accurate and reliable within scheduling systems and reporting tools. Contribute to process and system improvements that increase planning effectiveness, execution reliability, and supply chain performance. Who we’re looking for
Matura or equivalent qualification (HAK, HTL preferred) 3+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to turn plans into actionable schedules and execute them successfully. Proactive approach to identifying risks and driving effective solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across functions and regions. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred qualifications
Experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or other production planning and scheduling systems. Experience in the semiconductor or other complex manufacturing environments. Experience working in global and/or multi-site planning organizations. Strong ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) certification, or equivalent knowledge and experience. Familiarity with MRP, capacity planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). What We're Offering
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the MetalTechnology Industry in the occupation group E depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
