Familiarity with high volume mortgage products in the Whole Loan space
RTL – Residential Transition Loans / ‘Fix and Flip’ Non QM – Non Qualified Mortgage NPL/RPL – Non-Performing / Re-performing Loans SBC – Small Balance Commercial REO – Real Estate Owned Assets
Exposure to and knowledge of
Servicer remittance processing Loan Repurchase/EPD identification and processing Excel Reconciliations

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
1+ years of experience Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar Experience working in a trading environment and supporting whole loan trading desk Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking skills Strong organization skills and ability to adapt easily to the different functional needs of the business as it evolves Strong MS Office skills
