This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent for Watts. This position reports to Director, Talent Acquisition of the Americas. This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, TX. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Champion full cycle recruitment process while understanding the needs of the various platforms within the Watts Water family of companies. Partner with the talent team, HR and compensation on processes within the corporate recruiting arena. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Utilize social media platforms for efficient recruiting. Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidates. Conduct prescreens and post screen meetings. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees. Assist with campus recruitment activities within the United States. Partner/lead other projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related experience Minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience required. Experience in Workday a plus; other/similar ATS required. Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills. Excellent MS Office skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to travel for recruitment meetings/campus recruitment as needed. Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
