Job Location SAN JOSE INTELLIGENCE HUB Job Description Overview of the job You will be one of our key technical contacts behind our continued growth and success. You will share limited responsibility for a set of SAP applications used for electronic invoicing processes globally, participating in design for any new country implementations or changes coming into existing solutions. As an SAP S/4HANA Developer, you will work with other internal SAP and IT resources, external partners, and stakeholders as we make enhancements to our critical and fast-growing Solutions.

You will be part of the IT Global Business to Government (B2G) Team which is the responsible of managing all the Electronic Invoices requirements worldwide, you will be part of a winning team that is both business leaders and technical experts in the management of global government electronic invoice requirements. You will report to the Application Manager located in Costa Rica. Our team is formed by employees in Philippines, Germany, Costa Rica and Brazil. What success looks like You have the ability to understand technology solutions in a more intimate level so that you can provide opinions and engage a deeper conversation with the technical delivery teams and external software vendor. Support business in process changes and, where needed, driving them to requirements for application changes. Job Responsibilities -The main responsibilities, but not limited to, are Design, Develop, configure and troubleshoot the B2G SAP applications and modules. -Participate in requirements gathering sessions and document functional specifications. -Support the integration of SAP with other enterprise systems. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP applications. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. -Conduct unit testing and assist in system testing to ensure quality delivery. -Maintain documentation for technical specifications, user manuals, and system configurations. Job Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 4+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and FI modules. Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA in functional and technical environments. Fluent English, both written and spoken. ABAP Development Proficiency in developing and maintaining ABAP applications, including reports, module pools, dialog programming, interactive reports, and ALV reports. Ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented ABAP code in accordance with coding standards and best practices. Experience refactoring procedural ABAP code into object-oriented designs. Expertise in developing and enhancing reusable function modules. Experience with performance analysis and optimization using tools such as SQL Trace and the ABAP Debugger. Advanced debugging skills to analyze and resolve complex program errors, performance issues, and system inconsistencies. SAP Technical Components Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary (DDIC) objects: tables, views, data elements, domains, search helps, and lock objects. Ability to design and modify custom DDIC objects while ensuring data integrity and consistency. Proficiency with relevant SAP Development Workbench transactions. Experience identifying and implementing enhancement options, including user exits, BAdIs, and the Enhancement Framework, while minimizing modifications to SAP standard code. Integration Experience designing and implementing RFCs for synchronous and asynchronous communication with external systems, including security and performance considerations. Experience developing and consuming ABAP proxies for integrations through SOAP web services and SAP PI/PO. Understanding of WSDL, XML, and enterprise service concepts. Proficiency in designing, developing, and extending IDoc types and segments, including
