About this role

Work Flexibility: Onsite Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for achieving process development milestones on two or more new product introductions (NPI’s). You will lead a team who have various levels of experience who are tasked with the project management for NPI projects used to manufacture catheters, guidewires and implantable neurovascular devices. Partner effectively across divisional and operations functions to deliver new products to market on time. Provide clear direction on projects and define priorities for the team. Determine project scope, scale, resource needs, and financial requirements for each new product, while maintaining accountability for capital and expense budgets. Critically assess new product charters and financial plans to identify key deliverables, including standard cost and launch requirements. Collaborate with counterparts across the broader organization to address common NPI challenges and implement effective resolutions. Guide the team through complex or difficult situations, remove obstacles, assign appropriate resources, and partner with other functions to resolve issues. Establish priorities and create a sense of urgency to deliver new products within quality, cost, and timeline expectations. What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 8+ years of technical experience in a product or process development role. 2+ years of people management experience.

Results-driven leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes. Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership, project management, process validation, and engineering experience in new product introduction, with a track record of bringing products to market.
