Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for software development initiatives in the telecom and digital technology domain . The role involves solution design, development, code quality, technical mentoring, and collaboration with product and business teams.   We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong telecom domain experience to drive hands-on design, development, and delivery of solutions across OSS/BSS, network automation, and digital platform engagements. The role owns technical execution within a project or module — translating architecture into detailed design and working code, leading a team of engineers, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for day-to-day delivery. You will work closely with the Technical Architect on design alignment and with the Delivery/Project Manager on execution and quality.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.   Strong programming/development background (e.g. Java, Python, or similar) along with API-led integration and microservices experience.   Define technical architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Develop and review high-quality, maintainable code. Design and implement microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven solutions . Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams. Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues. Identify performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance through design and implementation. Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical discussions, and delivery activities. Ensure adherence to engineering standards, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies. Contribute to telecom BSS/OSS and digital transformation solutions. Experience leading technical teams or complex development initiatives. Strong experience building enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications. Telecom, media, technology, or digital-services experience is preferred.
