Regional Partner Marketing Programs Specialist UKI, France & SEUR
Location: Spain (hybrid or remote: ideally around Madrid or Barcelona)
Minimum Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing or equivalent channel experience.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns or partner engagement that drive pipeline and brand awareness.
• Experience working with platforms such as Looker, Salesforce, Notion, and Tableau.
• Fluency in Spanish & English.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for strategic partner marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Regional Strategic Planning: Align partner marketing programs to regional business priorities and sales goals for SEUR, and develop quarterly plans that reflect local market dynamics and partner ecosystem maturity.
• To-Partner Execution: Drive local partner communications, onboarding, and education initiatives, including newsletters, platform updates, enablement content, and portal engagement.
• With-Partner Execution: Plan and execute joint marketing activities with priority partners (co-branded campaigns, regional events, webinars) and collaborate closely with Field Marketing to ensure integrated partner support.
• Through-Partner Enablement: Localise and deliver scalable co-branded campaigns using global assets and frameworks, and work with global teams to adapt campaign toolkits for SEUR partners.
• Performance Tracking: Track campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement metrics, maintaining reporting dashboards and providing actionable insights to optimise partner performance.
• Partner Integration Support: Support onboarding and integration of new partners into marketing systems and workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
