Senior Business Program Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Program Manager to help drive strategic business initiatives that support OCI's continued growth. This role will partner across engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive leadership to coordinate high-impact programs, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities. As a Senior Business Program Manager , you will lead cross-functional programs that support OCI's strategic priorities, including expanding the adoption of AI-enabled business capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and driving initiatives that strengthen OCI's networking and storage businesses. Rather than owning technical implementation, you will focus on bringing together diverse stakeholders, establishing governance, driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring organizational alignment across multiple teams. You will help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans while providing leadership with the visibility and insights needed to make informed decisions.
