Customer Service Representative.

Handle incoming emails in an accurate, efficient and timely manner Complete Oracle credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner Complete Service Now credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner Manage various reports timely as requested Remain current on procedures, training, and system upgrades   Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent 0 - 2 years of experience.
