We are looking for a new IT Project Manager employee to be based in Tczew, Poland Summary: Lead and deliver IT/IS projects, including cross-site and enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, architecture standards, budget, timeline, and quality requirements. What a typical day looks like: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives. Develop project strategies and oversee complex, business-critical initiatives and project portfolios. Engage stakeholders and maintain effective collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners. Define and govern IT solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements. Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and operational handover. Apply Agile and project management methodologies, proactively managing risks, resources, and project performance. Establish KPIs, monitor outcomes, and ensure realization of business value. Contribute to enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps while driving continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.
