As Director of Sales, you will
Lead the hotel’s sales strategy across corporate, group, and transient segments Develop team goals, manage performance, and implement incentive programs Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure sales goals align with guest experience standards Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, local businesses, and community partners Utilize brand sales systems and tools to manage leads and reporting Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and local community initiatives Work closely with sales support teams to maximize brand-driven opportunities
What You Bring
5+ years of hotel sales leadership, preferably with Hilton or Marriott brands Expertise in Marriott systems such as CI/TY, MARSHA, and OneSource (preferred) Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed market share goals Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities Passion for hospitality, team development, and local community engagement
