Responsibilities: - Drive Service Excellence: Support the monitoring of operations performance through scorecards, reports, and dashboards. - Enable Performance Governance: Assist in preparing monthly operations performance reviews and tracking follow-up actions with Operations teams. - Generate Data-Driven Insights: Conduct basic data analysis to identify performance trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration:Support initiatives in partnership with Operations, Product, and Data teams to deliver operational improvements. - Assist in projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and operational process improvement. - Improve Operational Effectiveness: Assist in projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and operational process optimization. - Enhance Productivity and Cost Awareness: Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness across operations. - Standardize Operational Practices: Support documentation of operational processes, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability. - Build Ownership and Execution Capability: Gradually take on increased ownership of analysis and project deliverables throughout the program.
