We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Supply Chain Reliability! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA). Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hubs such as Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; or Zug, Switzerland. The Director, Supply Chain Reliability is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise strategy for end-to-end performance management and supply chain reliability across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This role integrates performance visibility, digital enablement, and reliability methodologies to proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve systemic supply chain risks. This leader will drive the standardization of performance management practices, facilitate the deployment of enterprise scorecards and digital tools, and ensure strong linkage between operational performance and reliability-focused initiatives. Through cross-functional leadership, this role translates data into actionable insights, enabling improved service, quality, and efficiency outcomes across the E2E supply chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership Define and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for E2E supply chain performance management and reliability. Establish a clear vision that connects performance insights to reliability outcomes, driving a proactive and data-driven culture across functions. Performance Management & Governance Own the design and deployment of standardized performance management frameworks, including enterprise scorecards, KPI definitions, and tiered review processes. Ensure alignment and transparency from executive-level performance down to site operations. Reliability Strategy & Execution Develop and embed reliability frameworks to identify recurring, systemic, and high-impact supply chain issues.
