Oracle CPQ – Oracle EBS R12 Integration Technical Developer1 Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) development, including BML scripting, commerce process configuration, and document engine customization 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly Order Management (OM), Pricing, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and/or Accounts Receivable modules Strong experience building integrations using SOAP/REST web services, XML/JSON, and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud/OIC, MuleSoft, or similar) Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder, and EBS customization techniques (interfaces, extensions, personalizations) Experience with EBS APIs and open interfaces (e.g., Order Import, Item Interface, Price List Interface) Solid understanding of the quote-to-cash / order-to-cash business process Familiarity with CPQ security models, user roles, and approval hierarchies Experience with SQL, data mapping, and troubleshooting complex data integration issues Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other iPaaS tools Knowledge of Oracle CPQ REST APIs and BML advanced scripting Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM/ERP integration patterns Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology Prior experience in a full lifecycle CPQ implementation (design through go-live) Oracle certifications (EBS, CPQ, or OIC) a plus Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables Collaborative team player comfortable working with cross-functional and possibly offshore/onshore teams
