As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Support daily monitoring and investigation of seller and product risk cases across Southeast Asia (SEA) markets, including escalations, case reviews, and identification of similar or high-risk sellers and listings, with AI tools used where helpful to improve efficiency. - Assist in handling urgent and high-visibility cases, such as government recalls, PR issues, and other high-risk situations, and help coordinate timely follow-up actions. - Support day-to-day operational work, including escalated case reviews, configuration updates, and process troubleshooting. - Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries on case status, risk trends, and market comparisons to support team reviews and leadership updates; help document and improve internal workflows and SOPs, using AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. - Support the development and improvement of agentic tools and workflows by validating cases, refining logic, and carrying out iterations to improve accuracy and performance.
