Executive Assistant, EU Stores - Retail Hardlines

We are looking for an exceptional, self-driven Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in our fast-growing EU Stores Retail Hardlines organization. This is a high-impact role that calls for attention to detail, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting tight deadlines. The right person brings a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, stays composed under pressure, and treats confidential information with the highest discretion. You will act as a seamless extension of the leader you support and partner closely with other Executive Assistants across the organization. Success in this role means anticipating needs before they arise, driving process improvements that create capacity for the leadership team, and building trusted relationships at every level of the company. Position can be based in London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan and Munich Key job responsibilities 1. Own and manage a complex, fast-changing executive calendar across multiple time zones 2. Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting 3. Plan and run team activities and events — staff meetings, all-hands, off-sites, and team social events 4. Track key deliverables and follow up to drive them to completion 5. Act as a trusted business partner to the leader and the wider leadership team 6. Exercise high judgment and make sound decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment 7. Look around corners to anticipate needs and identify areas for improvement 8. Partner with recruiting, other EAs, and cross-functional teams to support the broader organization 9. Manage team space, logistics, and ad hoc project coordination
