Manager, Messaging Product Policy

Messaging Product Policy is seeking a product policy manager to drive policy development and regulatory strategy across Meta's messaging products — Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp — with a focus on fraud and scams, user safety, enforcement precision, and AI-powered product integrations. This role sits at the intersection of product integrity and government engagement, and will own the policy response to regulatory frameworks governing online safety in the UK and EU.

In this role, you will collaborate with Product, Trust and Safety, Engineering, Legal, Public Policy, Communications, and Operations teams to develop scalable policy solutions, shape enforcement approaches, and support regulatory readiness. You will also help shape policy approaches for AI integrations across messaging products — including generative AI features, AI-assisted communications, and automated experiences. You will use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to drive efficiency and analytical rigor.
