Interviews run all day from 11am to 7pm, so stop by whenever works for your schedule. Responsibilities Automotive Technicians
Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Sales Professionals
Guide customers through the vehicle buying process, from initial inquiry to delivery Build rapport and assess customer needs to recommend the right vehicle fit Maintain strong product knowledge across inventory and current promotions Follow up with leads and prospects to drive showroom traffic and close deals Deliver an exceptional, low-pressure customer experience at every step Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications Automotive Technicians
1 year of automotive technician experience (dealership experience preferred) ASE certification(s) in specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance strongly preferred Manufacturer certifications are a bonus High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license in the state you'll work and a good driving record Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
Sales Professionals
Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and a good driving record Professional
