Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce and Rewards team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Seattle, WA . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Summer Analyst on Marsh Workforce and Rewards team, you will support client engagements across industries as an integral member of project teams. You’ll help diagnose client challenges and contribute to the design of strategic talent solutions across Rewards, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning & Analytics, and Communications. The role combines hands-on research, modeling, and problem solving with client interaction, working with senior clients and internal experts in a collaborative, learning-oriented environment. You will gain practical exposure to Marsh's People and Investments integrated approach to improving business performance through people. To learn more about Marsh Workforce and Rewards business, please visit https://www.mercer.com/what-we-do/workforce-and-careers.html We will count on you to : Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues that could include business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, global expansion, and best practices in talent management Collect and examine data relevant to developing solutions tailored to the client’s needs Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights for more senior members of the project team Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop client recommendations Prepare client presentations, including recommendations to be presented to boards of directors, executives, senior management, and HR leaders What you need to have : Progress toward a bachelor's degree Status as a currently enrolled student; candidates should have an expected graduation date between the Winter 2027 and Spring 2028 Strong academic achievement demonstrated through rigorous course work, and the ability to successfully balance extra-curricular activities A strong interest in human capital consulting Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future is required What makes you stand out?
