Job type: Permanent Company Description Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Sustainability Analyst to be based in London, UK. This role owns sustainability data across the UK business, ensuring accurate, reliable information is available to report, make decisions and track progress against sustainability commitments. The Sustainability Analyst will build and manage datasets across carbon, packaging and wider sustainability topics, bringing together information from systems, suppliers and internal teams. This is a data-first role, requiring strong capability in large datasets, data structure, reporting logic and analytical experience using tools such as Excel, SQL and Python. The role is responsible for turning complex and often imperfect data into clear, audit-ready outputs that the business can trust. By improving data quality, strengthening reporting processes and supporting evidence-based decisions, this role directly contributes to Red Bull UK’s sustainability strategy and Net Zero ambitions.
Job Description
Sustainability Data Management You will own sustainability data across the UK business, covering carbon, packaging, compliance and wider environmental reporting. This includes sourcing, cleaning, structuring and maintaining data from multiple systems, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring it is accurate, traceable and ready for reporting, analysis and audit. You will build clear, repeatable data processes that reduce reliance on manual work and improve confidence in the numbers. A key part of the role is understanding how data flows through the business, identifying weaknesses and improving the way information is captured, managed and used. Carbon Accounting & Modelling You will use sustainability data to measure, track and understand performance across the business. This includes managing the UK carbon footprint, supporting Net Zero planning and identifying areas where action can reduce emissions or improve performance. You will also support sustainability reporting requirements across customer requests, internal reporting, compliance submissions and Net Zero tracking. You'll analyse large and complex datasets, combine information from multiple sources and use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. The role requires someone who can go beyond reporting numbers and build a clear, evidence-based view of sustainability performance to support into wider business decisions. Process Improvement & Project Support You will support improvements to how sustainability data is collected, reported and governed across the business. This includes helping to implement new reporting requirements, improve existing processes and support cross-functional projects where data is needed to drive delivery. Working with teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Event Marketing and Global Sustainability, you will coordinate inputs, track actions and help ensure projects move forward with clear data, ownership and accountability. Stakeholder Management Success in this role depends on building strong relationships across the business. You will work closely with data owners, suppliers and internal teams to improve data quality and resolve issues at source. You will need to ask the right questions, challenge weak inputs and ensure assumptions, methodologies and calculations are clearly documented. The role requires clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. You will need to explain data requirements, reporting outputs and data limitations in a way that is practical, understandable and useful for the business.
Qualifications
