The PBR Reviewer is responsible for defining, deploying and implementing quality processes to ensure all Manufacturing operations are compliant with the organization's standards as well as international and government regulations. Work focuses on identifying and reporting troubleshooting deviations as well as proactively implementing continuous improvement measurements and actions.

• Ensure all relevant standards are respected along the manufacturing process and provide support to Production teams to analyze nonconformities and to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support the manufacturing team in the establishment and revision of the batch documentation, providing guidance on data and record management.

• Support QA and Production department to identify and segregate all non-conforming intermediate and finished products. Investigate and resolve critical deviations, define disposal actions and when appropriate corrective actions.

• Execute internal training and coaching to manufacturing employees, as subject matter expert in the establishment and revision of the batch records and NC process documentation, in order to enhance their overall level of quality awareness.

• Communicate all useful information for the good flow of QA processes to concerned colleagues and to support teams in order to meet productivity, quality.

• Promote and apply all rules concerning PMI Quality, environment, health and safety.

• Participate and provide support during product and process improvement tests linked to new product variances development and new materials testing.

Skills & Capabilities

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical Engineer, or relevant major

• Strong background and experienced in operating and machine troubleshooting (min. 1 years experience)

• Fluent in speaking and writing both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Having experience in operating cigarette machines are preferable.

• Familiar with lean production tools will be advantage.

• Basic user skills of work with MS Office package: Excel, PowerPoint.
