At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!  THE JOB This part-time role supports the Capital Region booking team by assisting with the essential administrative duties that keep our live events moving forward. The position helps ensure contracts for events across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time, supporting smooth collaboration with artists, venues, and partners that help deliver exceptional live experiences to fans. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Review and process venue, artist and co-promoter contracts for signature, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Request and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), delivering copies to external parties promptly.  Maintain and update the contracts tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. Provide weekly updates to Capital Region booking team on upcoming contract deadlines. Update the regional event calendar with confirmed events within the Capital Region. Compile, organize, and maintain digital show folders in BOX. Process wire deposits and settlement payments for artists and agencies. Retrieve and provide bank wire confirmations upon request to external stakeholders.
