ABOUT YOUR ROLE The Sales Manager is assigned with the responsibility of identifying, establishing and managing the relationship with distributors, resellers, converters and printers and influencers of the industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
WILL INCLUDE: Automotive Aftermarket Penetration (Primary): Drive demand for Avery Dennison's Paint Protection Film (PPF), Automotive Window Films, and Colour Change Wrapping Films by targeting premium auto detailers, installers, and dealership networks across Vietnam. Digital Inkjet & Sign Materials Penetration (Secondary): Demand Generation ('Pull-Through'): Build strong relationships with key influencers (Print and Sign Shops, Project Managers, Architects, Designers, Brand Agencies) and end users / brand owners to drive product specification pull-through and share gain opportunities. Channel Partner Enablement: Manage primary and secondary sales through regional automotive and graphics distributors. Conduct monthly scorecard reviews and partner closely with their sales teams to ensure they have the technical knowledge and support to succeed. Revenue & Account Strategy: Architect and execute data-driven territory plans to achieve revenue targets. Focus on high-margin product pull-through and converting competitor-aligned installation centers to the Avery Dennison ecosystem. Regional Expansion & Conversion: Contribute actively to annual sales planning for the region, plan for regional expansion, and convert competitor-aligned or difficult converters, printers, and resellers to Avery Dennison. Forecasting & Gap Analysis: Perform monthly sales forecasting for active inventory planning, anticipate unfavorable sales variances, and execute follow-up actions to close gaps. Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Manage all sales opportunities in accordance with the Opportunity Management process, including creation of Opportunity Plans and scheduling early wins during pipeline reviews. Field Engagement & Training: Act as the technical and commercial bridge between Avery Dennison and the end-user. Facilitate product demonstrations, workflow education, and business development initiatives that help installers grow their own revenue.
Qualifications
English proficiency, self-starter, highly motivated, with strong multitasking abilities and skills to handle all-round expectations. 8 to 10 years of proven sales experience in selling Industrial / B2B products. Direct experience in the automotive aftermarket (PPF, detailing, car care products, automotive accessories) or industrial films/graphics is highly preferred. Direct experience in Digital Inkjet and Sign making processes, technologies and specification selling. Market Knowledge: Existing networks with Vietnamese automotive distributors, premium detailers, or OEM automotive networks will be considered a significant advantage. Degree in
