Responsibilities Run ERP Batches (Auto/Manual/Quick) as per SOPs defined in Payment system Break Management/Issue resolution/Escalate failed payments to ensure timely resolution minimizing business impacts. Urgent Payment WFs / ad-hoc Payment Runs   Raise manual payments request for ERP batches wherein ERP connection is not available and raise Single Payments request for Failed/Rejected Payments Overall monitoring and confirmation of ERP payments and batches Weekly touchpoints with Cash Recon Teams on tie outs /payment disconnects. Query resolution from business/AP Teams for payment details/rejections/failures Payment KPIs and weekly connects with AP Team/Sourcing Team to resolve disputes Pro-active reports out on defects of invoices to AP Team /Business/Sourcing Support new ERP implementation, Ad-hoc reporting, audit support to Internal/External Auditors Ensure payments on time and accountability. Provide process improvement and encourage process documentation. Respecting internal policies. Promote good organizational climate. Promote good relationship with the related areas and support in issue resolution. Run reports, maintain files, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Build relationship with Client identifying gaps in the process. Respond with Root Cause Analysis the issues and development areas for the Process. Good knowledge of excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data. Qualifications we seek in you!

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with +5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role) Advanced and fluent English People leadership and teamwork skills.
