Bank Signatory Management Oversight Officer Global Bank Network Management (BNM) is part of the Corporate Shared Services organization within the Chief Operating Office (COO). BNM provides best-in-class banking services to our business partners and clients while strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and control over Citi-owned bank accounts. We achieve this by enforcing the Citi Owned Bank Account and Signatory Management Procedure. BNM’s global functions encompass Relationship Management, Regulatory Compliance, Bank Expense Optimization, Bank Signatory Management (BSM), Agent Bank Risk, Stakeholder Support and Data & Technology Management Team & Role Overview The Stakeholder Support function within BNM provides holistic support to the Enterprise by facilitating controls that mitigate risk to Citi. This includes maintaining a signatory repository for all Citi owned and operated bank accounts, monitoring signing authorities and working with various lines of business to ensure compliance with the Citi Owned Bank Account and Signatory Management Procedure.  As a Bank Signatory Management Oversight Officer, you will support the goal of: Enforcing minimum requirements that must be implemented when establishing or updating bank account signing authorities. Maintaining the inventory of Citi’s bank account signing authority and golden source data within the central repository for Citi owned bank accounts Improving senior management’s visibility into risks associated with manual signing authority on Citi’s bank accounts Key Responsibilities Participate in day-to-day deliverables, perform control monitoring for core BSM processes such as: Maintenance of signing authorities and Preparation of signatory documents Active collaboration with Business, Legal, Operations and any other roles required to establish best practices and facilitate the update of bank signatory documents Oversight and accountability for core processes, controls and system enhancements. Ensure assigned procedures are updated and maintained Participate in streamlining processes to increase efficiency through process change and/or automation Knowledge and Experience 3 years+ work experience in financial, banking or international securities industry (such as Risk Management, Treasury/Cash Management, Regulatory/Control, Securities/Custody Operations or Relationship Management/Documentation) Knowledge of basic banking principles Bilingual preferred for LATAM portfolio The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS or equivalent work experience Project support experience (planning and execution) Working knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Excel SharePoint knowledge is an advantage Skills and Competencies Excellent written and oral communications, ability to present information to Management in an easy-to-understand format Experience with risk mitigation strategies and implementing controls Advanced process management skills, organized and detail oriented Strong analytical skills, good presentation skills, time management expertise Excellent planning and organizational skills, be a team player and self-starter Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor are essential Comfortable dealing with staff at all levels, including management ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Operations - Core ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Operations Support ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location: Tampa Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $62,620.00 - $87,380.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
