Job Description 
 You will be the Systems Engineering Asc Mgr for the F-22 System Test (FST) team which is responsible for advancing F-22 modernization through system-level integration and testing.

As the Systems Engineering Asc Mgr, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing test team, driving execution of mission-system capability integration, and ensuring timely delivery of test results that enable fleet readiness.

Ensuring fleet readiness through the delivery of high-quality test results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with system integration and testing. Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of system integration and testing.

 Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT. Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelor of Science in a STEM field  (engineering highly desired). Integration and test experience. Experience with leading technical teams, mentoring junior engineers, and/or experience forming and growing a high performing multidiscipline team. Desired Skills 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus. F22 Program clearances desired. Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test. Familiarity with Mission Systems and general  avionics architectures and functionality. Systems Engineering development and integration experience with large complex systems. Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft
