Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Portfolio Manager to join our Global Multi-Asset team in Vienna. The successful candidate will be an active member of the 15-person investment team, taking on responsibilities for the management of mutual funds and separate accounts, with a focus on delivering state-of-the-art asset allocation solutions across global equities, fixed income, currencies, and liquid alternatives. This position will engage regularly with clients and prospects globally, contributing to the growth and positioning of our multi-asset offerings.
Engage in day-to-day portfolio management activities for mutual funds and separate accounts across multiple asset classes and instruments Conduct comprehensive analysis of the macroeconomic environment, valuation metrics, and market dynamics to inform asset allocation decisions Develop and enhance analytical tools and asset allocation models to support the investment process Actively participate in capital market discussions and investment assessments with the investment team Engage with clients and prospects globally through presentations, RFP responses, and due diligence processes, ensuring consistent messaging and effective communication of complex investment strategies across diverse audiences Contribute to thought leadership content, market commentaries, and investment insights in partnership with the marketing team Assist in investment initiatives including product launches, strategy enhancements, and collateral development
Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge
Solid relevant experience in portfolio management, multi-asset investment management, or other investment roles with fund management responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets with strong investment and capital markets acumen across global equities, fixed income, currencies, and alternative asset classes Deep understanding of portfolio theory, econometrics, and quantitative forecasting methods Strong numerical ability with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in coding
