As a Product Manager in the Americas Account Solutions Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Creates the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Builds and partners to launch new enhancements, value-added services and adjacent products, from discovery and business case through delivery and commercialization Collaborates with cross functional partners (Risk, Controls, Legal< Compliance) to ensure robust risk and controls environment Provides product subject matter expertise to partners and clients Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfort mining and interpreting data Proven ability leading large-scale, complex initiatives, driving cross-functional execution from strategy through delivery in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong ownership and accountability, with a track record of leading initiatives end-to-end across the full product lifecycle Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Client Service, Onboarding, Technology, and Control functions to drive results Proven ability to organize projects, advance product use cases, and drive to closure Experience leveraging data analytics and AI/automation to improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency Excellent communication and influence skills; clear, executive‑ready written and verbal communication Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Knowledge of payments, treasury services, and / or account/virtual account products Familiarity with product financials, management reporting, executive presentations, performance reporting
