In this highly visible role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to leaders across Advanced Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Divisions, influencing multimillion-dollar investment decisions, shaping new product launches, and supporting initiatives that drive Stryker's future growth.

Serve as a trusted finance partner to leaders across Advanced Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Divisions. Influence strategic decisions through financial analysis, business cases, CERs, and investment evaluations. Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management activities across NPI and Advanced Operations. Drive financial oversight of OPEX, CapEx, headcount, product cost, and project investments. Partner with stakeholders to develop and challenge business plans, identify key value drivers, and improve business outcomes. Champion process improvement, automation, digital solutions, and AI-enabled tools that enhance decision-making and business performance. Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Business administration degree with a qualification in accounting, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification. 6+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a multinational organization within an FDA-regulated industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting and forecasting. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines. Experience in stakeholder management, particularly in establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships at all levels. The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role.  In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.   If
