Role The Senior Proposals Manager is recognized as the organizational authority on proposal content strategy, knowledgebase architecture, and bid management. This role goes beyond execution — you define how the knowledgebase evolves, shape the frameworks others follow, and serve as the strategic content advisor to senior sales and go-to-market leadership. You are also responsible for leading complex, high-value bid processes end-to-end, from initial contact through contract signing, with particular emphasis on establishing trading terms and validating technical solutions. Your depth of expertise, independent judgment, and cross-functional influence are the key drivers of impact in this role.

Recognized expert in proposal strategy, content management, and complex bid management, with a track record of independently driving high-stakes outcomes. Proven ability to engage and influence senior SMEs and executive stakeholders without requiring management authority. Highly skilled at dissecting proposals, identifying systemic content gaps, and architecting scalable solutions. Has designed and implemented multi-lingual / international knowledgebases at enterprise scale. Operates as a trusted strategic advisor to sales and GTM leadership on content quality and bid strategy.
