Eaton's Electrical Sector is hiring a Regional Manager for Power Systems Engineering. In this role, you'll lead a high-performing team of engineering leaders and field-based experts who are at the forefront of delivering critical services to our customers. This manager-of-managers role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, drive operational excellence, develop top talent, and own regional business performance while championing a culture where safety, accountability, and customer success come first. Be part of something powerful. This is a hybrid role with approximately 25% travel throughout the Southeast region. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: • Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team through talent acquisition, coaching, performance management, employee development, retention, and guidance on technical, commercial, project management, sales, and negotiation matters. • Be responsible for efficient execution of projects, ability to execute to sales quotes, cost control, leveraging subcontractors, inventory management, and turn of backlog and projects • Ensure the safety of employees who work in varying customer environments • Own P&L performance for assigned territory including accurate forecasting, oversight of team utilization, inventory management, and overall sales execution. • Act as a product line liaison for Sales and Marketing to help develop customer relationships and create orders. Maintain effective relationships with key customers to help generate long-term business. • Identify and drive improvements for the overall Power Systems Engineering business. Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution. Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry. Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
