Job Summary
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this individual contributor role is also responsible for leading the end-to-end installation of new and existing accounts by ensuring functional departments understand and comply with established processing and customer commitment dates and creating and communicating installation timelines and plans. This includes monitoring and tracking installation activities with appropriate systems and databases, identifying potential risks or known issues, and providing reports and account updates on installation activities. This role is also responsible for resolving or escalating issues as appropriate throughout the installation and renewal process by working directly with regional contacts and functional departments to ensure installations comply with standard process guidelines and monitoring and reconciling application, enrollment, and fulfillment processes such as ID cards, SPDs, and EOCs. This includes coordinating installation meetings with Sales, Account Management from multiple lines of business, brokers and/or employer groups, providing group-specific reporting metrics, issue reviews, and installation processing summaries, facilitating seamless hand-off to Account Management staff, and leading projects or process improvement initiatives across the CI Team or with functional partners.
