Senior Manager Project Support

Key Responsibilities Leads a team of direct reports, completing all the people management activities associated with leadership of highly functioning team, including responsibility of recruiting, hiring, development and performance of team members. Oversees the relationship management of Project Support clients to ensure customer satisfaction is met by the execution of their team of assigned Project Support Reps. Responsible for ensuring their assigned teams are executing accordingly to establish existing customer loyalty, as well as aggressively pursing Project Support opportunities through new customers. Analyzes the return on each customer to understand their needs and determine growth opportunities through new solutions in partnership with both Lowe’s and Lowe’s Pro Supply organizations. Partners with National Account Mangers to ensure Lowe’s compliance resources are leveraged to mitigate risk in development and execution of contractual agreements and/or local/state/national Pro Customers Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable Bachelor’s degree Or Technical or Business or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable 3 Years Experience with outside sales, specifically government and/or national accounts. 3 Years Experience leading teams Safe driving history Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field Pay Range: $101,100.00 - $168,900.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
