JOB SUMMARY Manages the planning, scheduling and execution of non-routine maintenance work. This includes tanks, small outages, expense capital projects and support of the routine maintenance department as needed. Provided with an annual tank plan, this role is expected to work with multiple departments to plan, forecast, and execute tank maintenance, specifically focusing on MI compliance. You will be responsible for facilitating and supporting each tank job from clearing the tank, cleaning, inspecting, repairing, and returning to service. All current engineering practices, environmental regulations, and current code requirements are expected to be met during repairs and replacements of tanks. This role is expected to develop project timelines and provide weekly spending and forecast monthly budget. You will plan, schedule, and coordinator projects that are managed at plant level and take on small unit outages that are part of the expense budget. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED (Required) One (1) or more years experience successfully managing projects in the $1-5MM range during development and execution (Preferred) One (1) or more years storage tank erection or inspection experience (Preferred) Two (2) or more years SAP or equivalent (Matrix, Maximo) planning experience (Required) Two (2) or more years maintenance, project or turnaround leadership (Preferred) Two (2) or more years project management experience, including budget management (Required)
