Our Deer Valley Garage has an immediate opening for a Utility Worker One. The work schedule for this position is the Night Shift 1:00pm - 9:00pm   The Job Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

General shop cleanup Parts delivery and pickup Assist mechanics as needed Shuttle vehicles to various locations Tire repair and service (Upon Certification) Minimum Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age  Have a High School diploma or GED Valid Manual Transmission Commercial Driver’s License (Class “A”)

With no mechanical restrictions (i.e., airbrakes)) and ability to meet all DOT requirements

Pass EEI CAST Test Must live a reasonable distance (one (1) hour) from headquarters This position requires working with aerial equipment, which has weight restrictions of 300 lbs or less

Must be physically able to handle heavy outdoor work in extreme summer conditions Must be capable of operating all types of equipment and vehicles Be able to work under minimal supervision Handling and maneuvering of wheel rim assemblies weighing in excess of 120lbs may be required The established headquarters for this position is subject to relocation to the Hub West Service Center, a facility that will be located 38 miles west of downtown Phoenix, on a date to be determined by the company.
