Join the Under Armour Rookie Program Internship: 1 September 2026 – 30 June 2027   We are looking for fearless students who are ready to take on a challenge.   The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie, you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically, collaborate cross‑functionally, and create impact.   What Will You Experience? Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 – June 2027) Hold EU citizenship, OR are a non‑EU student studying in the Netherlands Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum Humble and hungry, with a strong willingness to learn

QA AI Based Process Improvement and Automation: You will have the opportunity to leverage AI for QA Automation and increase the efficiency of daily QA activities/processes by implementing QA Automation practices into the QA processes – making this more error-proof and less time consuming. You will be responsible for attending agile ceremonies, get QA tasks from the scrum board, own the testing process of your responsibility area, prepare test cases if needed, execute the test cases, report the issues and verify the testing scope clearly defined and executed  Your Impact

•    You analyze the current QA processes in the scrum teams and find the pain points, suggest the improvement actions, take the initiative to implement the POC for the suggested improvements, organize review meetings and collect feedbacks •    You participate in multiple cross functional product development teams and scrum ceremonies  •    You create defects related to issues that you found during test execution period  •    You define the testing scope of the tickets that are assigned to you •    You partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Delivery, etc.), to proactively identify and manage QA dependencies, scope, and acceptance criteria •    You
