Standard Job Description You will be the Subcontract Administration for the Subcontract Administration Team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontract processes supporting development, production and global sustainment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administration you will be responsible for developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for specialized materials, equipment, and services. You will prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze proposals, negotiate provisions, and administer resulting subcontracts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and write subcontract packages and award documents. Conduct bidder conferences and evaluate proposals. Negotiate subcontract terms and coordinate modifications. Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing on policies. Authorize supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority. Basic Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university Desired Skills • Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) • Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
