Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies.
Architect robust prompt engineering pipelines and middleware layers to ensure LLMs consistently create output that perfectly maps to UI components. Mentor mid-to-executive engineers and designers, establishing web engineering excellence standards, contributing to core libraries and defining the organizational playbook for AI product development. Partner with executive members of the team, define and promote standards, and integrate changes into design system and workflow guidelines. Apply an inventive mindset to technical challenges, finding "hacky-yet-robust" ways to bridge gaps between design goals and model capabilities when standard solutions don't yet exist.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design setting, or a related experience. 6 years of experience in front end development or UX engineering. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, design environment, or similar. 7 years of technical leadership experience. Experience with vibe coding tools, including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, Firebase Studio. Familiarity working across full tech stacks and production environments
