The role requires close coordination with service providers, contractors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure all facilities management activities are delivered efficiently and in line with operational standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to support both hard and soft FM services within a dynamic retail environment.

Support daily facilities management operations across the property Monitor the performance of hard and soft FM services to ensure compliance with operational standards Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems and common areas Follow up with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery Conduct regular inspections to identify operational or technical issues and support resolution Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Coordinate with tenants and internal stakeholders to address operational and maintenance requests efficiently Assist in preparing operational reports, maintenance records, and service performance tracking Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably within retail, commercial, or shopping mall environments Good understanding of building operations, maintenance activities, and FM best practices Strong coordination and communication skills with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment Passion for quality, safety, and operational excellence Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred Location: On-site –Cairo, EGY If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
