Role Overview This role focuses on designing content-driven live-streaming events based on insights from different content verticals. By integrating content planning, event mechanics, and resource coordination, the Event POC will strengthen the synergy between content capabilities and event mechanisms, ultimately enhancing creators’ traffic, engagement, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities: - Content-Driven Event System Development Design live-streaming event formats with strong content relevance across different vertical categories. Enhance the user viewing experience and engagement through content-centric event structures, while building and continuously iterating a systematic methodology for content-driven event operations. - Viewer- and Revenue-Oriented Event Design Develop event mechanisms that drive viewing behavior, engagement time, and revenue conversion. Take ownership of event performance metrics and conduct structured post-event analysis to optimize event frameworks and strategies. - Event Planning, Execution, and Promotion Lead end-to-end event planning from a content perspective, including concept design, execution, and promotional strategy. Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure execution quality, timeline alignment, and goal achievement. - Innovation and Industry Exploration Continuously explore new live-streaming event formats and operational models to drive systematic integration between content capabilities and event mechanisms. Support creator growth and contribute to the long-term health of the live-streaming content ecosystem.
