The Procurement and Vendor Management Office (VMO) is the central team at Robinhood for engaging and managing Third-Party vendors and partners. As Vendor Management Intern, you will leverage your skills and AI tools to perform data analysis, design strategy, assess risk, and manage performance of vendors and partners. You will also support Third-Party policy and program governance. You will need strong analytical skills (including comfort with spreadsheet-based data manipulation), problem solving ability, interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a proactive, patient, and positive approach.
This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do
• Support quarterly third-party business reviews and present analysis of performance, risks, and areas for improvement
• Support the management of an assigned portfolio of vendors and partners, including due diligence, risk assessments, performance management, and issue resolution
• Monitor and track third-party Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
• Partner across teams to build Third-Party Risk Management solutions and improve efficiency through AI-powered automation
• Support the termination of third-party relationships and help ensure Robinhood data and other assets are appropriately secured
What you bring
• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field with an expected graduation date of Summer 2028 or Summer 2029
• Strong written and verbal communication, quantitative, and analytical skills, including experience using AI tools
• Interest in or foundational understanding of financial products and services
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, experiment with new tools, and take on new challenges
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adjust as needs evolve
