What you will be doing
As the Graduate Business Efficiency Leader, you will serve as the strategic architect of our operational success. In this role, you will drive financial control, optimize performance management, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet the reporting demands of a complex matrix organization. You will oversee all business activities by engineering and monitoring critical KPIs and KVIs, ensuring every FTM Central department aligns with our core objectives. Beyond oversight, you will act as a catalyst for growth, spearheading efficiency initiatives that transform raw data into streamlined, high-performance business results. You will also the operational and functional management to facilitate informed decision-making and business development. You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of a Fleet Technical Management Business Efficiency Leader and can expect to be involved in the following: Facilitate and anchor the FTM Central Monthly Performance Review, fostering a culture of transparency and high performance across all domains, Architect and implement process enhancements that prioritize high-efficiency output and ensure the FTM framework is fully scalable to meet evolving business demands, Drive business transformation by embedding industry-leading benchmarks and spearheading a culture of Continuous Improvement and LEAN methodologies, Leverage the local Digital and Innovation ecosystem to modernize workflows and eliminate operational redundancies in full alignment with Global Airline Engineering initiatives, Architect a robust FTM 'Make vs. Buy' framework for the Central Team, aligning immediate operational needs with a long-term strategic vision for fleet scalability, Running subcontracting performance management
