As the Graduate Business Efficiency Leader, you will serve as the strategic architect of our operational success. In this role, you will drive financial control, optimize performance management, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet the reporting demands of a complex matrix organization. You will oversee all business activities by engineering and monitoring critical KPIs and KVIs, ensuring every FTM Central department aligns with our core objectives.  Beyond oversight, you will act as a catalyst for growth, spearheading efficiency initiatives that transform raw data into streamlined, high-performance business results. You will also the operational and functional management to facilitate informed decision-making and business development.
