The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer II to support the planning and execution of Flight Test Missions for Patriot programs. The ideal candidate brings practical experience in coordinating and executing system-level test activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting edge missile defense technologies while expanding technical depth and growing within a collaborative, innovative environment.

Provide flight test mission support across planning, execution, and reporting, working autonomously on moderately complex activities. Contribute to test planning and walkup events, including conducting test readiness assessments to ensure systems and processes meet mission objectives. Support scenario development, simulation runs, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop runs for record, applying practical knowledge of tools and procedures to ensure high-quality test execution. Coordinate with analysts and subject matter experts to ensure pre‑mission data is accurately analyzed, interpreted, and prepared for decision‑makers. Perform post‑mission data analysis and develop clear, fact‑based test event reporting that informs follow-up actions and supports broader program goals. Travel domestically and internationally (up to 15%) as needed to support mission execution. This role is fully onsite at the RTX facility in Andover, MA.
