Job Description Sr Advisory AI Foundry Architect Sydney / Melbourne About the team AI Foundry proves enterprise AI use cases on ServiceNow before customers commit. We work forward deployed: our architects embed with the customer's own teams and put a working solution in front of the business in 3-4 weeks, tied to a business value hypothesis agreed up front. The work spans the full AI surface of the platform: Now Assist, AI agents, AI governance and control, predictive and retrieval-based AI. Summary As a Sr Advisory AI Foundry Architect, you are responsible for discovering, designing, and delivering high-impact AI POCs on ServiceNow for enterprise customers. You are equally comfortable in architecture reviews with C-level sponsors and hands-on technical builds, operating autonomously where the problem is ambiguous and the timeline is short. You combine the ability to scope, design, build, and demonstrate working AI solutions with deep ServiceNow platform expertise. You own POC execution end to end, shipping working prototypes against a fixed time-box, tied to measurable business outcomes. What you get to do Lead POC engagements Lead intake qualification and scoping workshops for POC engagements Design and execute end-to-end AI POCs on ServiceNow, from discovery to live working solutions, typically delivered in a single short sprint Lead AI engineers through POC delivery, setting scope and technical direction across the engagement Sales partnership Own technical positioning during sales cycles: conduct discovery to uncover AI use case fit, position AI products against customer challenges, and articulate POC outcomes to executive stakeholders Partner with Sales and delivery partners on opportunity qualification, technical validation, and post-POC implementation handoff Technical ownership Configure Now Assist and AI agents, integrate with enterprise data sources, and define evaluation criteria for POC outcomes, using AI-assisted engineering tooling to compress build cycles Build and maintain reusable assets (prompt libraries, agent templates, reference POCs, integration patterns) that multiply team output Qualifications Essential: 8+ years of presales technical delivery on enterprise SaaS platforms, with demonstrable track record of shipping outcome based solutions under compressed timelines High agency and comfort with ambiguity: able to take a loosely defined business problem, define the technical path, and make sound scoping decisions without complete information Experience in running consultative customer workshops to drive business critical use cases, and in documenting scope and success criteria clearly enough to hold under scrutiny Strategic thinking about AI in enterprise workflows: ability to identify fit for purpose AI use cases and articulate business outcomes Experience across enterprise AI: agentic systems, LLM integration, AI governance, or AI-driven process automation Nice-to-have: Experience in a forward deployed or embedded customer model Deep hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform: low/pro-code configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and the Now Assist / AI Agent capabilities Experience delivering AI in
